Thank you for purchasing digital products from GP Golfing. All products sold on our store are digital PDFs delivered electronically. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms regarding returns and refunds:
Digital Product Policy
- All purchases are final. Once a PDF is delivered via the download link, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
- This is because digital products cannot be returned or resold.
EU/EEA Consumers – Right of Withdrawal
- Under EU consumer law, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase. However, for digital content delivered immediately, this right does not apply once delivery has begun.
- By completing your purchase and accessing your download, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital product and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download has started.
Exceptions / Support
We want you to have a smooth experience. If you encounter technical issues, such as:
- The download link does not work
- The file is corrupted or unreadable
Please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will:
- Provide a working download link, or
- Assist you in accessing your purchased content
Accidental Purchases
- If you accidentally purchase a product twice, contact us within 7 days, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
